Returns & Refunds

You may request cancellation before your order ships.

Please email orders@hagpartner.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If your order has not shipped and cancellation is possible, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method, normally within two business days.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled through our standard cancellation process, but it may qualify for a return under this policy.

Any additional cancellation rights required by law remain available.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, products must be:

• Unused and unopened.
• In their original packaging, with original seals intact where applicable.
• Complete, including any originally supplied accessories.
• In a condition suitable for resale.

Please contact us within the 14-day window to request a return. We will provide return instructions and a reasonable period for sending the item back.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened food, beverages, dietary supplements, personal care products, and other sealed consumables generally cannot be returned under our voluntary return policy.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may qualify for a standard return within 14 days.

These restrictions do not eliminate any rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, expired, incorrectly supplied, or misrepresented products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when reasonably available.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate or legally required, provide a replacement or refund without charging return shipping costs.

We may arrange a return, provide a prepaid shipping label, or instruct you to keep or safely dispose of the item.

The requested seven-day reporting period does not limit or waive any rights available under applicable law.

1. Email devoluciones@hagpartner.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. Wait for our return instructions and designated return address.
3. Package the item securely and send it according to the instructions provided.

Please do not return products without first contacting us.

For standard returns that are not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Our return address is provided directly to customers requesting an eligible return.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it meets the return conditions.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within three business days after approval.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

For standard returns, we refund the amount paid for the eligible returned products, including applicable taxes, subject to applicable law.

Original standard shipping is free, and no original shipping charge is deducted.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible standard returns.

Refunds required by law, including refunds for canceled orders that cannot be shipped as promised, will be processed within the legally applicable period.

We may decline voluntary returns of products that do not meet the conditions described above.

If a returned product is ineligible, we will contact you regarding available options before taking further action.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
